Operative terms

scope

an informational routing interface over independent third-party swap protocols and one named custodial partner (XMR only). No custody on protocol lines; not affiliated with the protocols or the partner. A quote is an estimate until execution.

acceptable use

don't use the service to break the law applicable to you; use from sanctioned jurisdictions per applicable UN / OFAC / EU lists is not permitted. API access is welcome; abusive load is not.

no memo, no swap

protocol lines identify your swap by an on-chain memo. Send the exact amount to the exact address with the exact memo; a deposit without the memo, or after the address window expires, may be unrecoverable.

liability

as-is, no warranty; blockchain transactions are irreversible; protocol halts and network risks are outside our control; liability limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Not financial advice.

changes

material changes are announced on /verify and carry a new version tag; continued use is acceptance.
